To book the Clubhouse

  1. Determine if the facility is available to accommodate your needs (date(s), capacity, etc) with our rental request form.
  2. Receive confirmation email of your available date(s) from the Rental Chairperson.
  3. Rental Chairperson will provide email notification/link to Rental Agreement for your signature online
  4. Payment of Deposit and Sanitation fee to confirm your date – by check to Carmel Woman’s Club, PO Box 2674, Carmel, CA 93921
  5. Payment of Rent and optional items – must be received 30 days prior to rental – – by check to Carmel Woman’s Club, PO Box 2674, Carmel, CA 93921
  6. Liability Certificate received – not less than 1 week or more prior to rental – provide via email attachment to Rental Chairperson
