To book the Clubhouse
- Determine if the facility is available to accommodate your needs (date(s), capacity, etc) with our rental request form.
- Receive confirmation email of your available date(s) from the Rental Chairperson.
- Rental Chairperson will provide email notification/link to Rental Agreement for your signature online
- Payment of Deposit and Sanitation fee to confirm your date – by check to Carmel Woman’s Club, PO Box 2674, Carmel, CA 93921
- Payment of Rent and optional items – must be received 30 days prior to rental – – by check to Carmel Woman’s Club, PO Box 2674, Carmel, CA 93921
- Liability Certificate received – not less than 1 week or more prior to rental – provide via email attachment to Rental Chairperson
