Brian will discuss Disaster Response Communications. Brian has 40 years of experience in disaster communications, served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years as a cryptologist and communications officer and is currently a faculty member at the Naval Postgraduate School.
Coffee and tea will be served following the program complete with tea sandwiches and desserts. Open to the public.
